**Urban Development Specialist**

We offer landscape architecture, urban design and planning services to meet client needs.

Role Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Urban Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for project presentation, client meetings, project planning, landscape design, creating planting plans and landscape architecture structures.

The role requires strong project management skills, internal team management and collaboration with clients and project consultants. You will also manage project timelines and coordinate with other team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in landscape designing and construction detailing
  • Experience in landscape architecture
  • Skilled in creating detailed construction drawings
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Experience working with both private and public sector clients (a plus)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in landscape architecture, urban design or related field
