A.  
Landscape Design Architect –
8 to 10+ Years
of Experience – Mumbai

An experienced Landscape Design Architect with 6 to 8 years of proven expertise in creating innovative, sustainable, and functional outdoor environments across residential, commercial, and public projects in Mumbai and surrounding regions.

Proficient in site planning, planting design, hardscape detailing, and project coordination from concept to execution. Well-versed in local climatic conditions, urban and rural challenges, ensuring context-sensitive and compliant design solutions.

Qualifications

·      Masters in Landscape design from reputed university

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead and manage multiple landscape design projects from concept to completion.

·      Prepare master plans, design concepts, presentation drawings, and construction documents along with the team.

·      Work collaboratively with architects, planners, civil engineers, and horticulturists.

·      Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments.

·      Supervise and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and on-site teams.

·      Ensure compliance with local development regulations, sustainability principles, and client requirements.

·      Participate in client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder consultations.

·      Provide mentorship to junior team members and interns.

Landscape Design Architect –
2 to 3 Years
of Experience – Mumbai or Bengaluru

We are seeking a talented and motivated
Junior Landscape Architect
to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in landscape design and documentation, with a strong design sensibility and a good understanding of sustainable and site-responsive landscapes. You will work closely with senior designers, architects, and project managers to contribute to the successful delivery of landscape projects across residential, commercial, and public sectors.

Qualifications

·      Masters in Landscape design from reputed university

Key Responsibilities:

·      Assist in developing conceptual and schematic designs for a variety of landscape projects.

·      Prepare presentation drawings, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design intent.

·      Support in preparing detailed working drawings, planting plans, and technical documentation.

·      Conduct site analysis and gather environmental data.

·      Collaborate with the team in design development, material selection, and project coordination.

·      Attend site visits and assist in site supervision and construction documentation.
