Job Opportunity: Junior Architect Position

Role Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated architecture graduates to join our team as junior architects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conceptual and working drawings, 2D/3D visualizations, and presentation layouts.
  • Support in preparing municipal drawings, approvals, and documentation (DCPR 2034, UDCPR 2020, NMMC, MCGM norms).
  • Coordinate with consultants for structural, MEP, and landscape inputs.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports.
  • Research materials, design trends, and innovative solutions.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office (knowledge of Lumion/Enscape is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of building bye-laws, redevelopment policies, and architectural detailing.
  • Strong design sense, drafting skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • B.Arch graduates or pursuing final year of architecture.
  • Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in redevelopment/high-rise projects will be an advantage.

We offer hands-on learning in redevelopment and large-scale urban projects, exposure to client meetings, PMC processes, and government approvals, guidance under experienced architects, engineers, and legal consultants, stipend/performance-based allowance (for interns), and growth path to full-time junior architect role based on performance.
