We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to join our organization. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant's equipment and utilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Reporting directly to the Plant Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance activities of the plant, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of 100 people, identifying their training needs, conducting performance assessments, and promoting a culture of human safety.
  • Experience in executing and achieving plant KPIs such as productivity, losses, complaint reduction, specific energy consumption, and production line OEE improvement is essential.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation)
  • 10 Years of experience in a large Dairy, Food, Pharma Plant In Maintenance & Utilities Management
  • Professional certifications: Energy Manager, Boiler Engineer, TPM Facilitator, Six Sigma would be an added advantage

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical thought processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
