Senior User Researcher Position

Join our team of experienced researchers to drive strategic initiatives and deliver actionable insights that shape user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in product design, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Research Objectives: Partner with client stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.
  • Investigate User Behaviors: Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  • Develop Research Strategies: Design methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Synthesize and Share Insights: Translate complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions.
  • Drive Research Innovation: Contribute to frameworks and methodologies that expand organizational research capabilities.
  • Measure Research Impact: Assess design effectiveness post-implementation, tracking impact on user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Requirements include experience in defining qual and quant research goals, investigating user needs, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and productivity. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in evaluating usability through testing and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.

A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and how research integrates into the design process is essential. Preferred qualifications include degrees in human-computer interaction, psychology, cognitive science, or related fields.
