Job Title: UIUX Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience and User Interface (UI/UX) engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in designing innovative digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough user research to inform design decisions, identify pain points, and gather insights to drive product development.
  • Design Principles & Prototyping: Develop user-centered design principles, create wireframes and prototypes, and validate designs through usability testing.
  • Visual Design & Interaction: Create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of users, including expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Cross-Platform Development: Work on cross-platform mobile development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities.
  • Complex Data Systems: Design and implement complex dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.
  • AI-Powered Design Tools: Utilize AI-powered design tools, including Figma AI features, generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience designing iOS and Android applications with responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities.
  • Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools, including Figma AI features, generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
