Design Experience Lead

We are seeking a seasoned designer to spearhead the development of intuitive, user-centric experiences across our Edtech platform. As a Design Experience Lead, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to transform complex problems into elegant solutions that empower scientists, educators, and learners globally.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement seamless user experiences that align with our vision of delivering best-in-class research and education tools.

  • Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality expectations.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization, championing the voice of the customer at every stage.
  • Stay informed about design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate our user experience.
Key Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or digital content platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, from research and ideation through prototyping and delivery.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Experience conducting or collaborating on user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
