Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the expediting process to ensure timely completion of projects;
  2. Handling inspections and logistical management to guarantee quality standards are met;
  3. Coordinating with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
  4. Implementing agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to enhance flexibility and responsiveness within the project team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the loyalty industry is a must;
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a project manager for a SaaS company;
  • Technical knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Azure DevOps Boards (ADO), Asana, DB-SQL, MS Office Tools like Excel and Power Point, Postman, AWS Cloud, WinSCP, Filezilla, Putty, Figma.
