SAP Practice Lead

 

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP practice manager to lead and drive our SAP SCM practice ensuring excellence in delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams of at least 10 persons and deep understanding of SAP S4 products and solutions including recent trends and technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee SAP practice operations including planning execution and delivery of SAP projects.
  • Lead mentor and build a team of SAP consultants and specialists.
  • Conduct Trainings and Interviews
  • Develop and implement practice growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify market trends and emerging needs to enhance service offerings.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction through quality delivery.
  • Act as a senior point of contact and escalation for client issues.
  • Individual delivery contribution of minimum 75%.
  • Support sales teams in pre-sales activities.
  • Participate in business development presentations and client meetings as needed.
  • Manage the SAP practice budget including forecasting allocation and Utilisation

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field Master's degree or MBA preferred.

- Proven experience typically 12+ years in SAP MM consulting/project management or consulting.

- Deep understanding of SAP S4 products and solutions including recent trends and technologies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse audiences.

- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.

- Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
