The Service Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of their assigned team members, ensuring the highest quality tools support Withum's desktop environment and user experience. This role acts as technical lead for the service team, responsible for planning and implementing initiatives that align support services with our strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Ensure efficient team operations, sustain service level agreements, maintain documentation, design future support offerings, and ensure compliance with IT-related policies.
  • Strategy & Planning: Contribute to strategic technology planning, educate staff on technology use, stay updated on industry developments, and implement new methods or technologies to maintain efficiency.
  • Leadership: Provide direction, coach team members, identify areas of responsibility, select and assign staff, evaluate performance, and develop personal goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of service experience
  • CISA certification preferred
  • Proven execution of technology projects, experience with Windows 10 management, Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Intune, operating systems, networking, and hardware.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting applications, excellent communication skills, demonstrated managerial abilities, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
