**Job Title:** Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to serve as a key member of our Business Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing business dashboards, analyzing vertical-wise attrition data, handling personnel management files, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of business metrics through Excel and PowerPoint presentations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain regular business reports, dashboards, and metrics related to headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, employee engagement, personnel data, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various business systems and reports.
  • Collaborate with different departments (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Business Operations, etc.) to gather data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Automate reports and streamline reporting processes using tools like Excel (advanced functions), Power BI/Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
  • Support audits, compliance, and internal reporting requirements by providing accurate and timely data.
  • Monitor and track key business KPIs and suggest actionable insights.
  • Support ad hoc data/reporting requests from management and leadership.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations or Business Analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros) is a must.
  • Experience with HRMS platforms and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

**Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Exposure to business compliance, audit requirements, or workforce planning will be an added advantage.
