About the Role:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst - Insurance Domain, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, advanced SQL query capabilities, and experience working with insurance/claims domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data warehouses and ETL processes
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop data visualizations to meet those needs
  • Maintain and improve existing data models and architectures
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes and operations
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced SQL query capabilities to extract insights from large datasets
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Experience working with insurance/claims domain to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex data issues
