Job Title: Reporting Specialist

Vitelco, a leading provider of IT services, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join its team in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with a strong background in analytical reporting and dashboard creation. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and big data queries is required, with experience in tools like Tableau or Power BI being a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources, preparing comprehensive reports, and conducting analyses of customer lifecycle activities and performances. They will also develop campaign strategies, provide recommendations to improve customer experience, and build regular dashboards and publish performance summaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Developing campaign strategies to improve customer experience and increase sales.

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector (preferably related to the customer lifecycle and/or Business Intelligence).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains, and experience with customer lifecycle and campaign processes in large companies.
  • Ability not only to generate reports but also to define metrics, interpret data, and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in English.
