Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting the CFO's office of a European private equity client. The position involves leading project initiatives across various support areas, including corporate accounting and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex financial problems, leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
  • Review reconciliation results, regular reports, and ad-hoc requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in consolidation of financial statements as per IFRS.
  • Excellent understanding of group structure, consolidation adjustments, and transaction reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to review variances between actual and budgeted operating expenses.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power BI, and VBA programming (an added advantage).

  • Strong ownership and focus to meet timelines based on SLA requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Consolidation of financial statements as per IFRS.

  • MS Word.
  • MS Power BI.
  • VBA programming.

Work Environment:

Willingness to work from an Infosys office in Bangalore is a plus.
