Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Research Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Multimodal Large Language Models (m-LLMs), Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies, and agentic workflows.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Research Engineer to engage in pioneering research and development of AI models that integrate various data modalities. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and developing state-of-the-art m-LLMs and generative AI models, as well as designing and conducting experiments to test new algorithms and architectures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Model Development: Develop and fine-tune AI models for complex NLP tasks, with a focus on TTS and multimodal integration.
  • Experimentation: Design and conduct experiments to test new algorithms, architectures, and fine-tuning techniques for TTS applications and agentic workflows.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into tangible products and share knowledge on m-LLMs, TTS, and AI agents.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing an advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or a closely related field.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience or coursework in large language models, deep learning, NLP, and TTS technologies.
  • Professional Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
