Senior AI Engineering Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain large-scale multimodal retrieval systems for industrial applications.
  • Implement hybrid search algorithms combining dense embeddings, metadata, and knowledge graphs for efficient and accurate results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate external APIs and design ensemble decisioning frameworks.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in building production-grade AI/ML systems with a strong focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Expertise in Python 3.11+, SQL, and RAG at scale (vector databases, BM25, reranking, prompt/routing strategies).
  • MLOps/SRE skills: versioning, canaries/A-B testing, drift detection, observability, cost/performance trade-offs.

  • A sound architecture that balances complexity and simplicity, ensuring high-quality retrieval results and evidence chains.
