AI Research Developer

We're seeking highly skilled AI researchers to join our team working on cutting-edge projects. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, developing innovative solutions, and advancing the field of AI.

The successful candidate will collaborate with leading companies building next-generation AI solutions, develop and optimize AI models, evaluate performance, fine-tune models, ensure quality, and innovate with new strategies and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize AI models using clean, efficient code.
  • Evaluate model performance through benchmarking and response ranking.
  • Fine-tune models using high-quality datasets (SFT, RLHF).
  • Ensure model quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Innovate with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of Node.js or NestJS and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Docker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
