We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our organization. This role requires a dynamic individual who can create and implement effective HR policies, drive culture-building initiatives, and engage with employees across multiple regions.
This position is ideal for someone who can balance compliance with a human-first approach, promoting values, collaboration, and belonging. The successful candidate will utilize Zoho People and HR data to make informed decisions and drive business results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and implement HR policies in line with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, payroll, and statutory obligations across regions.
- Design and run initiatives that build a strong, inclusive company culture.
- Be the voice of the company's vision, ensuring employees feel connected and valued.
- Conduct regular check-ins with teams across locations to understand concerns and drive solutions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sales, projects, facilitators, content).
- Build a strong pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing.
- Create a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Implement and manage KRAs, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
- Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
- Manage HRIS (Zoho People) for attendance, leaves, performance, and employee data.
- Generate reports and insights for leadership to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including strong exposure to:
- Indian labor laws & compliance
- Policy drafting & implementation
- Employee engagement across regions
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Hands-on experience with Zoho People or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills – approachable, empathetic, and a people person.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate across departments.
