Business Operations Manager

This position oversees and optimizes the day-to-day activities of the corporate office, ensuring that all departments operate efficiently and align with organizational objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management:
    • Supervise daily operations within the corporate office, guaranteeing proper functioning of departments such as Admin, HR, Finance, Sales Support, Procurement, and Projects.
    • Maintain close coordination between field operations and office support teams to ensure seamless workflows.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization:
    • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all office functions to streamline processes and increase productivity.
    • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across all departments to enhance overall performance.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Review regular reports from departments to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and prepare consolidated updates for senior management.
    • Monitor internal KPIs related to operations, productivity, and project delivery support to inform strategic decisions.
  • Team Leadership & Task Allocation:
    • Allocate tasks to department heads or coordinators, monitor deadlines, and follow up on pending work to ensure timely resolution.
    • Support team members by providing resources and guidance to help them excel in their roles.
  • Compliance & Office Policies:
    • E nsure adherence to company policies, rules, and internal guidelines to maintain a compliant and disciplined work environment.
    • Work closely with HR to address employee engagement, conflict resolution, and training needs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Communication & Escalation Handling:
    • Act as the central point of communication between departments and top management to facilitate information exchange and resolve operational issues promptly.
    Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

• 8–12 years of experience in office operations, administration, or general management.

• Strong multitasking, coordination, decision-making, and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of HR, Admin, Procurement, Finance, and Project Coordination.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and task management tools.

• Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in local languages if applicable.
