Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of corporate interior fit-out projects. As the primary point of contact between clients and project stakeholders, they are responsible for ensuring that all objectives are met within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments. They must be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing responsibilities, and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective project management frameworks to ensure timely completion of corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on project scope, timelines, and budget requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including key milestones, deadlines, and budget allocations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction specialists, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in building construction or a related field.
  • Possess relevant experience in managing multiple corporate interior fit-out projects from conception to completion.
  • Hold a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate expertise in individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Exhibit exceptional team management and client-facing skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
