Job Title: Senior AI Transformation Lead

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our AI transformation initiatives, driving business growth through innovative data-driven solutions.
  • As a Senior AI Transformation Lead, you will engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and workflow gaps, conducting detailed discovery sessions to assess existing data infrastructure and identify AI opportunities.
  • You will recommend tailored solutions aligned with each client's use case, designing scalable data pipelines and AI-ready data layers ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent agents integrated with business operations, ensuring all solutions align with clients' data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, adoption, and long-term success of AI solutions.
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and workflow gaps.
  • Data Infrastructure Assessment: Conduct detailed discovery sessions to assess existing data infrastructure, sources, and readiness for AI.
  • Solution Design: Identify AI opportunities and recommend tailored solutions aligned with the client's use case.
  • Technical Leadership: Design scalable data pipelines and AI-ready data layers ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Solution Deployment: Develop and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent agents integrated with business operations.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all solutions align with clients' data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, adoption, and long-term success of AI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • AI Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI/data transformation roles at a consulting or technology services company.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in engaging enterprise clients and leading AI strategy and execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of data engineering, cloud data lakes, and modern AI/ML development workflows.
  • Programming Skills: Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with LLMs, AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG), and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Qdrant).
  • Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of data security and regulatory compliance in solution design.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
