Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to design, implement, configure, and support OTL functionalities within the HCM Cloud suite.

This role requires a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build formulas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing simple formulas.
  • Complete user testing and participate in acceptance testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of functional business processes and technical capabilities, as well as experience with Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
