Job Title: Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant.
Location: (Preferred : Bangalore, Hyderabad & Gurgaon)
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
- Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.

About the Role:
We require a skilled Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional consultant to work closely with our clients on various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. Strong understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build Fast formulas is essential for this role.
