Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting.

You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • Configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.
  • Implement and test financial solutions in a controlled environment.
  • Functional Consulting:
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions.
  • Testing & Deployment:
  • Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Data Migration & Integration:
  • Define and oversee financial data migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
  • Training & Documentation:
  • Conduct user training and prepare user manuals.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
  • Certifications:
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
