Are you a seasoned credit expert seeking a challenging leadership role? We're looking for an experienced Head of Credit to lead our lending function.

Location: Delhi/Mumbai

  • Qualification: CA or MBA Finance from a reputable business school

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the credit function with 18-20 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong experience in handling credit functions in banking or NBFCs is essential
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team
  • In-depth understanding of credit policies and processes in lending/lease products
  • Risk management expertise with 15+ years of experience
  • Managed portfolios comprising SME and corporate clients
  • Exposure to multiple asset classes, including automobiles, equipment, and real estate
  • Experience with leasing is preferred
  • Understanding of ECL/loss models
  • Managed geographically dispersed teams
  • Exposure to new-age underwriting/assessment tools and technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities
  • Sound understanding of technological advancements and digital tools used in credit underwriting and risk management
  • Past experience of handling large and senior teams
