We are seeking a skilled Professional to provide technical support to our customers. The role involves providing installation instructions, maintenance training, and troubleshooting of inverters.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with at least 5 years of experience in the solar industry. You should be energetic, have a strong communication skill, and be fluent in English.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training;
  • Answering consulting phone calls and responding to customer inquiries;
  • Remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting and replacement;
  • Collecting after-sales support cases data and reporting to the team lead;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics and Electrical or other related fields;
  • Self-motivator with a minimum of 5 years related experience in the solar industry;
  • Energetic professional who may travel frequently for work purposes;
  • Good communicator with fluent English;
