Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Technician based in Bikaner. The Solar Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems. Daily tasks will include ensuring the optimal performance of solar power generation units, conducting regular inspections, and performing necessary repairs. The position requires hands-on work with solar systems, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring all regulatory and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Solar Systems and experience in the Solar Industry
• Knowledge of Solar Power and Power Generation
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to address and resolve technical issues
• Ability to follow safety protocols and comply with industry standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in solar technology is a plus
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment and carry out physical tasks
