Are you a skilled professional in income calculation looking for a new challenge?

We have an exciting opportunity for an Underwriter with experience in US Mortgage Underwriting – Income Calculation.

  • Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in US Mortgage Underwriting – Income Calculation and hands-on experience with W2s, 1040s, Paystubs, Bank Statements, Tax Returns.
  • The successful candidate will also possess strong knowledge of DTI, LTV, HTI, AUS (DU/LP), FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines and excellent communication skills.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred as this role requires onboarding and training prior to commencement.
  • Location: Pune, India, however the role is on a US shift, so be prepared for early morning hours during your working days.
