We are seeking an ambitious and diligent individual to assume a pivotal role in managing the financial operations related to the Aadhaar-PAN linking process for our customers. About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves assisting in the end-to-end financial operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive, including tracking linking status, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring all financial entries related to penalties and fees are accurately recorded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in the end-to-end financial operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive.">
  • Data Entry & Reconciliation: Accurately input and maintain financial data in our systems. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.">
  • Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process. Follow up on pending documentation and payments to ensure timely completion.">
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.">
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to the existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, particularly in the context of the Aadhaar-PAN linking project.">
