As a key figure in our operations, we are seeking an accomplished Assistant Manager to spearhead the city team.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving daily delivery, supply building & onboarding, identifying and onboarding fleet owners, and executing cancellation analysis & feedback. They will lead a high-performing team of 4-5 members and contribute to maintaining city hygiene metrics and ensuring protocol adherence.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead the city team to achieve exceptional results through efficient day-to-day operations.
- Operational Excellence: Regularly visit loading points, meet partners, and identify operational gaps to maintain optimal performance.
- Pricing Benchmarking: Gather insights on competitor pricing, supply practices, and partner payouts to track local transport patterns, peak demand periods, and corridor-specific challenges.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data to drive outcomes across order nudges, cancellation resolutions, and follow-ups.
