Job Description:

">Product Development Lead
Agricultural product development involves creating and launching new products that meet the needs of clients and the market. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing product offerings aligned with regional imperatives.

- New Product Development: Develop products in line with client requirements or market opportunities, maintaining quality and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and pricing policy reviews for existing products, ensuring they remain competitive and compliant with regulations.

- Collaboration: Work closely with various teams including Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Quality, and Technology to implement process enhancements and product customizations, facilitating better service delivery and minimizing inherent risks.

- Training: Provide training and professional development opportunities for sales channels to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively promote and sell products.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product and process modifications are in compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines, maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.

- Process Review: Regularly review existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements that drive better service delivery and risk reduction.
