Agriculture Underwriting Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Agriculture Underwriting Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in agriculture and climate resilience.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will report to and support the Head of Agri for renewal and new business portfolio management, reporting, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:- Renewal and New Business Portfolio Management: Support the Head of Agri in managing the renewal and new business portfolio, ensuring timely completion of tasks and delivery of results.
- Reporting and Client Management: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Head of Agri, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement. Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
- Internal Projects and Representations: Contribute to internal projects aimed at growing SCOR's expertise and offering in the agriculture sector. Represent SCOR in working groups, conferences, and associations, promoting the company's brand and values.
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fresher or Up to 2 Years' Experience: Have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the insurance sector, preferably in underwriting or a related field.
