Job Description:

Dentsu is undergoing significant business change in line with its growth ambition, aligning our operations across different service lines to better serve our clients. This programme includes the optimisation of our business functions and operate comparable card programme across the globe.

Key to the success of this initiative is the role of the Operational Finance Analyst, who will support the implementation of a global credit card programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the programme, including the management of stakeholder relationships, process improvements, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of managing corporate card programmes for large corporations and a strong understanding of the financial operations of a global business. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Liaise with Citibank Card Programme Administrators to ensure seamless programme operation.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful programme deployment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance programme efficiency.
  • Generate reports to support programme decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programme alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide support to the Central Treasury team as required.

Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Master's degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations in a global business.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
