Treasury Finance Analyst Job Description

At Momentive, we are seeking an experienced Treasury Finance Analyst to join our Global Shared Services team in MBS, India. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Treasury Function, working closely with our counterparts across the globe to deliver exceptional value and support to our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation and review of weekly and monthly Treasury Reporting, ensuring timely execution and delivery of commitments.
  • Support the preparation and review of weekly cash positioning/forecasting to drive informed business decisions.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess and interpret financial data, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Partner with banks to support KYC requirements as needed, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder management.
  • Review and support daily cash reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Support the accounting team to ensure proper posting of cash transactions, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Support both internal and external audits, as well as Sox/K-SOX compliance initiatives, to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in cross-functional training to enhance knowledge and skills, driving business excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting, AP, and AR, to support business objectives and drive success.
  • Implement IT tools to streamline treasury processes and enhance efficiency, driving business growth.
Key Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent in Finance and Accounting.
  • 5 to 7+ years of Global Treasury experience, with a strong background in financial analysis and planning.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical background, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with a Global team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
