Product Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Coordinator to fill a full-time position in our office in Pune. As a Product Coordinator, you will act as the link between designers and manufacturers, ensuring that every collection moves smoothly from design to production.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate all product-related activities, including sample approval, raw material procurement, and production scheduling. You will work closely with our design and operations teams to ensure that products meet our quality standards and are delivered on time.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Experience in merchandising or production coordination is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate product samples and approvals with designers and operations teams
  • Track raw materials and ensure timely procurement
  • Schedule production according to timelines and deadlines
  • Conduct quality control checks during sampling and production
  • Report weekly to senior management
Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience in merchandising or production coordination
  • Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
  • Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills for trackers and dashboards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and deadline-driven
