As a Financial Data Specialist, you will be responsible for performing calculations, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accurate data for our fund portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculation and Reconciliation: Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly calculations for fund portfolios. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data by performing thorough reconciliations between administrator reports, internal records, and prime broker statements.
  • Carry out cash reconciliation across custodians, banks, and internal systems, identifying and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's or professional certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fund accounting or operations, preferably with exposure to calculation and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, including equities, derivatives, fixed income, FX, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of fund accounting software is an advantage.
