About our Portfolio Monitoring Role

You will be working with a team that specializes in global market research, collaborating with top-rated investment research organizations and bulge bracket investment banks. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Involve in financial modeling and credit metrics calculation
  • Identify key performance indicators and create reports for the credit review process
  • Calculate covenant in line with facility agreements and provide a detailed rationale for covenant results
  • Perform annual quarterly monthly reviews and populate associated templates
  • Conduct SWOT analysis and business overview
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to discuss tasks and deliverables
  • Provide project management support
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in finance economics or accounting from a reputed institute with 2+ years of experience in a similar profile
  • Strong accounting and financial skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and solve issues effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a strong team culture
  • Ability to practice attentive listening skills and implement new ways of working
