Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Salesforce according to the organization's requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

You will customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the organization, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation using Salesforce tools like Apex and Visualforce.

In this role, you will oversee data integrity, data quality, and data migration efforts within Salesforce, implement data governance practices to maintain accurate and up-to-date data, and develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Salesforce to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders.

You will also generate regular reports on key performance metrics and sales forecasts, integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications, leveraging APIs and AppExchange solutions to streamline processes and enhance overall system functionality.

Additionally, you will stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, perform regular system maintenance tasks, including managing user access, security settings, and system upgrades.

Maintaining comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and workflows is also a crucial aspect of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an SFDC Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration options.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Process Builder.
  • Experience with data management and data migration in Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and technologies, including APIs, web services, and middleware platforms, is a plus.
