Salesforce Core CRM Technical Lead Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Core CRM products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Platform. Strong technical knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flow, Visualforce, and other related technologies is essential. Experience with agile methodologies, cloud platforms, and DevOps principles is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and implementation of Salesforce Core CRM architecture strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for Salesforce Core CRM products
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Core CRM product releases and best practices
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in complex IT projects
  • 5+ years of experience executing Salesforce Core Cloud configuration and customization
  • Prior successful experience executing Salesforce API and custom integrations with Salesforce Core CRM products and other solutions
  • Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Core CRM products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, and Platform
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
