Job Title: Insurance IT Project Lead
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a challenging role in our insurance vertical.
Domain Expertise:
- Lifelong experience in insurance domains, specifically life and general insurance.
Experience Level:
- A minimum of 20+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading testing efforts for complex software projects.
The candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of life insurance products, processes, underwriting principles, and regulatory requirements.
In addition to technical skills, the candidate should be proactive in test case execution, defect discussion, and risk identification and mitigation.
The candidate should also be proficient in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, with certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Advanced/PMP) being desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Travel-ready candidates only.
