Job Summary

Convergence Leadership Position

Transform connectivity services into integrated solutions, leveraging security and cloud convergence to drive growth and expansion in the enterprise segment.

Lead cross-functional collaboration, product development, and sales enablement programs to enhance time-to-market and service quality.

Brief overview of job responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for connectivity services, integrating security and managed services.
  • Drive revenue growth and market share expansion through strategic planning and innovation.
  • Build and coach high-performance teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Establish partnerships to support business objectives.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Domain expertise in wireline/enterprise connectivity and adjacent technologies.
  • Proven track record in P&L management with revenue and margin accountability.
  • Ability to lead transformation initiatives, including product convergence and commercial redesign.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills across product, sales, solutioning, network, and delivery.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate technology trends into commercial opportunities.

Technical Qualifications

The following technical qualifications are required:

  • Engineering graduate (preferably in Electronics or Telecommunications).
  • MBA or General Management program from a reputable institution (preferred but not mandatory).
