About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced civil project coordinator to lead cross-functional teams in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Tender & Estimation Management: Prepare tender documents, estimate costs, and manage bid processes.
  • Contracts Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Cash Flow Analysis & S-Curve Analysis: Analyze cash flow, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Resource Management: Plan, allocate, and manage resources effectively to ensure project success.
  • Purchase/Procurement of Materials: Source and manage materials for project needs.
  • Budgeting & Estimation Works: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Management Information System preparations: Design and implement systems to track project performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Work Break-down Structure of Project Charter: Develop comprehensive project charters outlining scope, objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • MS Project & Primavera P6: Utilize project management software to plan, schedule, and control projects.
  • Project Monitoring, Project Controlling, SAP, ERP, FIDIC Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-standard software and methodologies to ensure effective project delivery.
