Job Title: Statutory Compliance Manager

Oversee and manage end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients, ensuring timely resolution and accurate calculation of Employee Provident Fund contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • EPF challan generation processes management
  • PF-related accounts and transactions reconciliation
  • Timely response and resolution of PF-related queries
  • Quality control checks for PF operations
  • Preparation and filing of statutory reports
  • Effective employee query handling within specified timelines
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in PF Trust & payroll operations
  • Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data and multiple client accounts
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
