Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or lead conversion role.
  • Excellent spoken English communication skills.
  • A sales mindset that allows you to guide customers towards decisions without hard-selling.
  • A highly process-driven approach to manage multiple follow-ups and priorities.
  • The ability to take initiative and chase missing information.
  • Comfortable making repeated calls and handling objections without losing energy or positivity.
