We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive measurable results across multiple ad platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with strong ROI. They will also possess strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and optimize ad campaigns with a focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize Return On Investment (ROI).
- Conversion Tracking & API: Set up and optimize conversion APIs for accurate event tracking and reliable campaign measurement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights for scaling.
The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with our leadership to align ad campaigns with business objectives and growth milestones.
