Job Title: Tour Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tour Consultant to join our team at Tourtravelogy.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and marketing our tour packages to customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Provide expert knowledge of domestic and international destinations to customers
  • Design and prepare customized holiday packages for clients
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to customers

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and its trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
