Job Title: Test Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Assurance Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Test Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications by designing and executing comprehensive test plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test plans to ensure the quality of software applications;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks;
  • Develop and maintain test cases and scripts;
  • Analyze and report test results; and
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software testing, preferably in a retail domain;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile;
  • Proficient in writing and executing test plans and test cases in structured environments;
  • Hands-on experience in integration testing, functional testing, black box testing, user acceptance testing, system testing, smoke testing, and regression testing;
  • Able to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans;
  • Working experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects;
  • Good to have experience in performance testing and Firebase Analytics.
