Job Summary
This role oversees multiple projects within the banana export supply chain, focusing on temperature monitoring from farm to dispatch. Strong analytical skills and process coordination are essential for ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects related to banana export operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Cold Chain Monitoring: Monitor and document temperature data at all stages, analyze logger reports, and recommend corrective actions to maintain export quality.
- Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of supply chain data to optimize processes, prepare regular reports highlighting performance and deviations, and develop dashboards for real-time monitoring.
- Customer Complaint Resolution: Investigate customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and identify corrective/preventive actions.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Support adherence to post-harvest SOPs, audit farm and cold storage practices, and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and supplier communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cold chain management and fruit export processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with temperature logger systems and reporting formats.
- Effective communication and coordination with diverse stakeholders.
- Root cause analysis (RCA) and complaint resolution skills.
