Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Analyst to join our team in an international voice process environment. This is a challenging role that requires a high level of quality management expertise and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of 7QC tools, transactional quality domain expertise, and experience with quality matrices. They should also be familiar with TTQ systems, tools, and technologies.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance transaction quality and delivery.
  • Manage Claim Quality and Client KPIs: Monitor and manage claim quality and client-related key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure they are met.
  • Evaluate Effectiveness of TQ Interventions: Assess the effectiveness of transaction quality interventions and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Strengthen Quality Management Processes: Develop and implement quality management processes to improve quality delivery and reduce errors.
  • Accurately Capture SLA/SLO Metrics: Collect and analyze service level agreement (SLA) and service level objective (SLO) metrics to ensure they are met.
  • Generate and Implement Process Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance quality delivery and reduce errors.
  • Drive Process Control and Compliance: Ensure that all quality management processes are followed and that compliance requirements are met.
  • Support Quality and Compliance Teams: Collaborate with the quality and compliance teams to perform audits and follow-ups based on observations/misses highlighted.

This role requires a high level of quality management expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable with virtual interviews.
