Job Title

A Team Lead is required to oversee the development and delivery of architectural projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and mentoring project teams, as well as a strong portfolio of work in Real Estate and corporate campuses.

Key responsibilities include leading the design and delivery of projects, collaborating with team members and stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

Bachelor's degree in architecture is preferred, along with a master's degree or relevant certifications. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills are essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and guiding a team of Architects/Senior Architects on projects from concept design to handover;
  • Managing the design and delivery for a range of project types in a variety of settings;
  • Ensuring project alignment to design goals of clients and striving for excellence in design;
  • Collaborating with team members & digital designers and all project stakeholders to initiate design concepts and develop them to detailed level;
  • Leading communication between project team, clients, PMC, Contractors and consultants;
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to client requirements, with the design team and delivering high-quality and timely products to clients;
  • Anticipating and resolving complex technical and design issues as they arise during the project;
  • Providing design and technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve design and technical challenges;
  • Undertaking detailed design work on projects and ensuring designs are validated;
  • Conducting periodic meetings with Clients and Consultants to coordinate project's architectural needs and requirements;
  • Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
